I always keep in mind of the progress of the new guys last year, and I will compare them to the new guys this year. I wanna make these new guys better than those last year.

Rowed 12k lastnight. I dunno it's because I rowed two days in a row, or because of wearing glasses instead of contact lens, I felt the control was better. What's more, I rowed side-by-side with Jacky. It's fun!

After coaching, I rowed 12K.
I think at this stage, I still coach like a teacher, or a lecturer in the University. I either teach some simple theories and then I 'd wait for their questions, or I teach by explaining some complicated theories. Too extreme, not practical enough, I think. It 's still far from being a real coach.
