Target for freshmen

Maybe the short-term target for the freshmen is at the front-stop first.

Maybe we can do some exercise on catching at the front-stop.

We can start to focus on the catch and the drive. This is essential cos if they can realize the catch and be able to do the Hang, then we can go forward to tell them to use powers on the upper body and the leg together at the half-slide.
