About water training, land training, and ergo.
Ergo-Theories
1. The power of a drive should be originated from the leg power. How effective the leg power is used is determined by the upper body can keep the handle moving along with the leg drive. This means that the movement of the handle (oar) relatives to the leg drive determines the effectiveness of the use of leg power at the front stop. ( Emphasize the use of leg power at the beginning of the drive. The upper body should be remained leaning forward. )
